Cancellation Policy
No-Show Policy
A No-Show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provides no prior notice to cancel or reschedule.
Because this time is reserved exclusively for you, No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
However, the charged amount may be applied as a one-time credit toward a rescheduled appointment if the client contacts us within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
• Credit must be used within 30 days.
• Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Repeated No-Shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
